ASE 2017 Online Library Now Available
Were you unable to attend ASE 2017 in Baltimore? Well, today is your lucky day. We are pleased to announce that the ASE 2017 Scientific Sessions Online Library is now available for purchase. The theme of this year’s Scientific Sessions was “Investigate-Innovate-Incorporate.” Some highlights include multiple sessions on Critical Care Echo, Cardio-Oncology, and Structural Heart Disease. New Journal for SOPE Members
SOPE leadership recently decided to endorse and become a collaborator of a new journal titled Echo Research and Practice. This new journal aims to be the premier international journal for physicians, sonographers, nurses and other allied health professionals practicing echocardiography. It will be an open-access journal – all articles will be freely available online to all across the world at echorespract.com.
Registration Now Open for the 2017 SDMS Annual Conference
The SDMS Annual Conference will take place October 12-15, 2017 in Dallas, TX. This conference is designed for sonographers, students and other healthcare providers who use sonography. Celebrate Medical Ultrasound Awareness Month (October 2017)
MUAM is held annually in October to create awareness of the role diagnostic medical sonographers play in the medical community and to educate the public about medical ultrasound and its many uses in healthcare. MUAM is a joint effort of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM), American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), American Society of Echocardiography (ASE), Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (SDMS), and Society for Vascular Ultrasound (SVU).
