Accreditation Fee

The accreditation fee is to be paid when the laboratory submits their finalized application to the IAC. The accreditation fee structure is as follows:

BASE FEES

• Adult Transthoracic ... $1500
• Adult TEE ... $250
• Adult Stress ... $250
• Pediatric Transthoracic ... $1500
• Pediatric TEE ... $250
• Fetal ... $250

ADDITIONAL FEES

• Staff totaling 7 - 25 members ... $200 per staff member
• Staff members over 25 ... $50 per staff member
• $750 ... for multiple sites (fixed and/or mobile) per sites for sites 2-10
  $400 ... for multiple sites (fixed and/or mobile) per site for all sites over 10

Additional fees, based upon size and complexity, apply to eligible laboratories with multiple sites.
