FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS
LEAVE:
- Three
(3) weeks vacation per year accrued at a rate of 1.25 days per
month (employment of 90 days before vacation time is available).
- Twelve
(12) days sick leave per year accrued at a rate of 1 day a month.
- Two
(2) personal days.
- Eleven
(11) holidays a year.
HEALTH, DISABILITY AND LIFE:
- CareFirst
full coverage, including prescription for employee. IAC will contribute
50% of double or family coverage (employee will be responsible
for the other 50%).
- CareFirst
Dental Plan. IAC will provide full employee coverage, and will
contribute 50% of double or family coverage (employee will be
responsible for the other 50%).
- Paid
Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance for employee
(1x annual earnings, not to exceed $150,000).
- Paid
Long-Term Disability Insurance for employee (60% of basic monthly
earnings, not to exceed $6,000 a month).
- Smith
Barney 401(k) Plan - Employer Discretionary Contribution (eligibility:
age 21 or older, after six months of service).
