Accreditation
The ICACTL Application is now officially online! The
much anticipated Online Accreditation is available
for use by laboratories when applying for accreditation
or reaccreditation. The ICACTL is pleased to make this
new innovative online format (which replaces the former version supplied on CD) available to the CT
community. |

The Online Accreditation application greatly improves
the application process in many ways:
NEW FORMAT IS EXTREMELY USER-FRIENDLY
Online help is provided throughout the
application
Most questions are linked to the related Standards
Progress of application completeness is
tracked
Most of the application can be submitted
without printing; most attachments can be submitted in either
electronic or paper format, whichever is more convenient
APPLICATION DATA IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE
Data is retained and can be worked on consistently
between accreditation cycles
Accessible from any Internet-based computer
(allows work from laboratory and other offsite locations
such as home offices, etc.), by multiple users
Progress of application completeness is
tracked
Upon application completion, data is transmitted
efficiently to the ICACTL

ICACTL ACCREDITATION MATERIALS
The ICACTL Accreditation Materials (consisting of The
ICACTL Standards and Online Accreditation Application)
now exist in an online format only.
Recent technological developments have taken the ICACTL
into a new age. The Accreditation Application has now
evolved into the new online format known as ICACTL Online
Accreditation; the current version of The ICACTL Standards is always made available for download
from the website.

IF YOUR LAB HAS PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED ACCREDITATION
MATERIALS
All laboratories that have previously purchased the ICACTL Accreditation
Materials are entitled to free access to ICACTL Online Accreditation,
and each laboratory is provided with its own personalized User
ID and Password information. For questions or assistance with
your login information, please contact the ICACTL staff at 800-838-2110
or by email via the online staff
directory. In the login area to the right, select Access
Your Account.
IF YOUR LAB IS PLACING AN ORDER FOR THE FIRST
TIME
For those purchasing the ICACTL Accreditation Materials for the
first time, you must first create an account, in order to purchase
and receive your personalized User ID and Password information.
