Fetal Representative Cases:

2 cases per physician with at least 1 representative case of fetal arrhythmia and 1 case of hypoplastic ventricle per laboratory.

FORMATS FOR SUBMISSION
Submit as many Fetal cases as possible on a single CD, DVD, or standard (not Super) VHS tape. NOTE TO LABS: Beginning January 1, 2010, VHS tapes will no longer be an accepted format for submitting case studies. These cases will need to be transferred to a digital format (CD or DVD) prior to submission to the ICAEL.
