The IAC Accreditation Agreement is now available as a download from the ICAEL website. The ICAEL has provided this downloadable format as a service to laboratories.

Please note that the Accreditation Agreement contains blank areas for laboratories to enter their personal information. Users may ONLY enter information into the specified areas provided. The surrounding text of the Agreement may not be altered by any means without express written permission from the ICAEL. Attempts to alter any part of the Agreement text without permission from the ICAEL automatically voids the Agreement, and will be cause for civil liability.
