The following is a list of websites which offer CME credits. This is, however, only a compilation; the ICAEL does not review or endorse these or other sources of information.

Free Of Charge:

ASE University
A free CME site with online education and webcasts for physicians and sonographers.

CardioVillage
Provides free CME credit in cardiovascular medicine. Over 160 hours of CME (16 CEUs) are currently available.

GE Healthcare
GE Ultrasound offers a selection of online sonographer CME, echocardiography, and vascular courses, as well as non-credit tutorials.

Philips Ultrasound
Search educational offerings by modality, including Cardiac and Monitoring, CT, MRI, PET, and Ultrasound.

Siemens Medical Solutions
SDMS-approved CME/CPD credits are now available online through Siemens Medical. Note: These credits are accepted by the ARRT as Category A credits and are accepted by the ARDMS (for sonographers), and are not AMA Category 1 credits (for physicians).

Vascular Web - Basic Principals of Ultrasound
The objective of this free course is: "To be able to define principle characteristics of medical ultrasound to include the Doppler equation, types of echoes, principles, construction, artifacts, bioeffects and safety."

Pacific Vascular Institute for Continuing Medical Education (PVICME) offers site featuring vascular, cardiac, and TCD interpretation.
