The perfect way to proudly display your laboratory's achievement. To assist accredited laboratories with prominently displaying their accreditation certificate, the IAC is pleased to offer the certificate plaque. This attractive walnut plaque includes a plexiglass cover to protect and highlight the accreditation certificate. The certificate plaque has been designed to fit and coordinate with the accreditation certificates for all IAC divisions. An excellent format for showcasing your laboratory's accreditation to all patients and visitors to your facility!

Accredited laboratories automatically receive the certificate[s] from the ICAEL for each testing area in which they are granted accreditation (i.e.: adult transthoracic, adult stress, adult TEE and/or pediatric transthoracic, pediatric TEE, fetal echocardiography). Ordering the certificate plaque is optional. The cost is $40 per plaque.

Applicant laboratories that choose to order certificate plaques prior to receiving their accreditation decision will receive their certificates fully assembled within the plaques, ready to hang on the laboratory's wall.
