Deadlines
For Submitting Your ICAMRL Application
Application
deadlines are quarterly, and fall on the first business day
of the month. ICAMRL application deadlines are the first
business day of January, April, July, and October.
Please
note: All applications must be received in the office
by the deadline to be considered for review. Applications not
received by or on a given deadline will be held for review until
the next quarterly deadline.
Reaccreditation:
Timing The Submission Of Your Application
In
order for a laboratory to avoid a lapse in their accreditation,
the application must be submitted for the deadline four months
prior to the month of the expiration date on the current accreditation
certificates. The laboratory is notified of this reaccreditation
submission deadline in writing 12 to 14 months prior to the
expiration date.
