Proudly
display your laboratory's achievement! To assist accredited
laboratories with prominently displaying their accreditation
certificates, the ICANL is pleased to offer certificate
plaques. These attractive, walnut plaques include a plexiglass
cover to protect and highlight the ICANL certificate.
An
excellent format for showcasing your laboratory's accreditation
to all patients and visitors to your facility!

Accredited
laboratories automatically receive certificates from the ICANL
for each testing area in which they are granted accreditation
(i.e.: Nuclear Cardiology, Nuclear Medicine, PET Imaging). Ordering
certificate plaques is optional. The cost of the certificate
plaque is $40 each. Applicant laboratories that choose to order
certificate plaques prior to receiving their accreditation decision
will receive their certificates placed within the plaques, ready
to hang on the laboratory's wall.
To
order a plaque for your accreditation certificate, simply
fill out and mail in the online Certificate
Plaque Order Form. If you would like additional information,
