ATTENTION: Additional Update Of Version 3.0

the January 2006 issue
If you have downloaded Version 3.0, 3.0a or 3.0b of the application
from the website or CD prior to December 15, 2005, please
visit www.iacapplications.org
to update to the latest version.
As
often happens in the development of new software, bugs or issues
arise that are not always flushed out until enough individuals
are using the program. Minor issues encountered when using the
first three 3.0 versions of the application included the following:
- an
error message when entering the certification information
for the medical director and medical staff
- a
message indicating the field is too small when entering credential
data for the technical staff on page 6
- inappropriate
listing of standard violations
These
problems have been assessed and corrected. Please download the
most recent update to ensure your application will function
properly and at full capacity.
