Accreditation Fee

The accreditation fee is to be paid when the laboratory submits their finalized application to the IAC. The accreditation fee structure is as follows:

$1500 ... includes base fee for one testing area
$300 ... per additional testing area over one

Expedited application ... additional $3000 (terms and conditions apply)

$750 ... for multiple sites (fixed and/or mobile) per sites for sites 2-10
$400 ... for multiple sites (fixed and/or mobile) per site for all sites over 10

• Additional fees, based upon size and complexity, apply to eligible laboratories with multiple sites.
• Application fees should not be paid until the laboratory submits an Online Accreditation application.

CAMS VASCULAR SCREENING

$1500 ... for base application fee (includes one unit)
$750 ... per unit for each additional unit (unit=equipment and staff)
