Applicant facilities are required to upload and submit all attachments electronically. (Note: Case study materials [cases on CDs/DVDs] must still be shipped to the IAC office.)
To upload an attachment, the user will click “browse," then select the appropriate document(s) from their computer and then click “open." The document is uploaded to the correct location within the application and then is saved once the user navigates away from that page by clicking the “previous,” “next” or “end” button at the bottom of the screen.
The file size for each document must be less than 10 MB. This includes .zip/compressed files. Acceptable files types are: .pdf, .txt, .doc, .docx, .rtf, .tiff, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .xls, .xlsx or .zip.
